扩展de Bruijn图的生成树和广播

扩展de Bruijn图EB(d,m;h1,h2,…,hk)是de Bruijn图的一种推广,它是一种再要的网络互连结构.本文主要研究扩展de Bruijn图中的有根生成树,证明了对任何顶点u和任意整数r:2≤r≤d,扩展de Bruijn图都有以u为根且深度为[log(?),d]·max{hi:1≤i≤k}的rk-叉生成树,并由此获得了扩展de Bruijn图的广播时间的上界.     

Symmetry Restoring Phase Transitions at High Density in a 4D Nambu-Jona-Lasinio Model with a Single Order Parameter

High density phase transitions in a 4-dimensional Nambu-Jona-Lasinio model containing a single symmetry breaking order parameter coming from the fermion-antifermion condensates are researched and expounded by means of both the gap equation and the effective potential approach. The phase transitions are proven to be second-order at a high temperature T; however at T = 0 they are first- or second-order, depending on whether A/m(0), the ratio of the momentum cutoff A in the fermion-loop integrals to the dynamicalfermion mass m(0) at zero temperature, is less than 3.387 or not. The former condition cannot be satisfied in some models. The discussions further show complete effectiveness of the critical analysis based on the gap equation for second order phase transitions including determination of the condition of their occurrence.     

沙拐枣属（Calligonum L．）分类学研究进展

关于蓼科（Polygonaceae）沙拐枣属（Calligonum L．）的分类，各分类学家存在着不同的见解，并受到越来越多的分类学家的关注．随着研究的逐步深入，沙拐枣属系统分类学在各方面都取得了一定的进展．本文从经典分类学的角度，对沙拐枣属在形态学、细胞学、孢粉学、进化关系等方面进行总结和论述，并提出了研究中所存在的科学问题，并针对相关问题进行了讨论．     

Temporal behaviors of epidemic spreading on the scale-free network

Exploring temporal behaviors of the epidemic spreading is of particular importance, in which field an interesting phenomenon of hierarchical spreading cascade has already been demonstrated. By taking into account the effect of density of infected neighbors around an individual in the definition of spreading rate, an infection mechanism modulated by a parameter is introduced in the present paper. Under the mechanism temporal behaviors on the scale-free network are shown to be different, corresponding to different parameters. Three distinct hierarchical spreading modes are typically exhibited. In addition, a novel way to depict the dynamical processes of the epidemic spreading is also developed and some new features are, thus, clearly displayed.     

几何结构对Na8团簇熔化过程的影响

运用距离相关紧密结合的分子动力学模型,对金属原子团簇Na8的两种不同的异构体进行了数值模拟.根据零温下基态结构中不同原子到质心的不同距离,把Na8的两种异构体分为多个子系统.分别提取各个子系统在不同温度下的围绕质心的径向分布、无单位键长涨落、平均位移、扩散系数,发现尽管两个异构体的基态能量很接近,但他们的稳定性、熔化过程的热力学性质等有着很大的差别,这也反映了它们在几何结构上的差别.     

溶胶-凝胶方法制备ZrO2及聚合物掺杂ZrO2单层光学增反射膜

以丙醇锆(Zr(OPr)₄)为原料，乙酸(HAc)为络合剂，聚乙二醇(PEG200)和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为大分子添加剂，在乙醇体系中成功合成了ZrO₂及聚合物掺杂ZrO₂溶胶.用旋涂法在K9玻璃基片上制备单层光学增反射膜.借助小角X射线散射和激光动态光散射技术研究胶体的微结构.采用傅里叶变换红外光谱、差示扫描量热分析、X射线衍射分析、原子力显微镜、紫外/可见/近红外透射光谱以及椭偏仪对薄膜的结构和光学性能进行表征.用输出波长为1064 关键词： 二氧化锆 溶胶-凝胶 增反射膜 激光损伤     

Efficient synthesis of (S)-(−)- and (R)-(+)-enantiomers of 15-deoxyspergualin (15-DSG)

An efficient synthesis of the (S)-(−)- and (R)-(+)-enantiomers of 15-deoxyspergualin (15-DSG) is reported. The synthesis involves preparative HPLC separation and subsequent hydrogenolysis of two diastereoisomers 10a and 10b of fully protected 15-DSG penultimates. Alternatively, diastereomerically pure amide 10b (97% de) was also prepared from acid 8b (97% de), which was obtained via crystallization of a 1:1 diastereomeric mixture of 8a and 8b.     

Chiral diphenylthiophosphoramides: a new class of chiral ligands for the silver(I)-promoted enantioselective allylation of aldehydes

Chiral C₂-symmetric diphenylthiophosphoramides 1 and 2 were prepared in high yields from the reaction of diphenylthiophosphinic chloride with (1R,2R)-(−)-1,2-diaminocyclohexane and (1R,2R)-(+)-1,2-diphenylethylenediamine, respectively. Another novel chiral ligand 4 was prepared from reaction of diphenylthiophosphinic chloride with (R)-(+)-1,1′-binaphthyl-2,2′-diamine using butyllithium as a base. They were used as catalytic chiral ligands in the silver(I)-promoted enantioselective allylation reaction of aldehydes with allyltributyltin.     

Synthesis of a d,d- and l,d-heptose-containing hexasaccharide corresponding to a structure from Haemophilus ducreyi lipopolysaccharides

The synthesis of a linear hexasaccharide, 2-(4-trifluoroacetamidophenyl)ethyl (β-d-galactopyranosyl)-(1→4)-(2-acetamido-2-deoxy-β-d-glucopyranosyl)-(1→3)-(β-d-galactopyranosyl)-(1→4)-(d-glycero-α-d-manno-heptopyranosyl)-(1→6)-(β-d-glucopyranosyl)-(1→4)-l-glycero-α-d-manno-heptopyranoside, corresponding to a structure found in Haemophilus ducreyi LPS, is described. A Barbier reaction between benzyloxymethyl chloride and a properly protected 6-aldo-1-thio-mannopyranoside yielded both the d,d- and the l,d-heptopyranoside (2 and 3, ratio 2:3), which were separated and both used in the synthesis. p-Methoxybenzyl and chloroacetyl groups were employed as temporary protecting groups, selectively removed in the presence of the persistent benzyl, acetyl, benzoyl and isopropylidene groups by treatment with DDQ/H₂O and hydrazine dithiocarbonate, respectively. Thioglycosides were utilised as donors throughout using either NIS/TfOH or DMTST as promoters. The introduction of the spacer into thioglycoside 5 was high-yielding (95%) but with low stereoselectivity (α:β 5:3). All other glycosylations are completely stereoselective. The target hexasaccharide is obtained via a 3+3 block approach with the yield in the final NIS/TfOH-promoted coupling between an N,N-diacetyl-trisaccharide thioglycosyl donor 20 and a 4′′-OH trisaccharide acceptor 13 being 75%.
